Black & white print card. Image of Cedar Street at Fourth Street looking east. Vintage vehicles are parked diagonally on both sides of the street. On photo right is a building with a lot of large windows & a facade above with dark trim. On the corner, at top, is a peak & inverted cone with ball on top decoration. In the distance is the steeple of a church. On photo left is a multi level stone building with 3 half moon shape parapets above the facade. Awnings are rolled out above lower level businesses & a sign hangs above with "Market" on it. The roof of a multi level building beyond is seen. Printed in white at bottom: "L-Way Rawlins, Wyo. Meyers Photo" Note: L-Way stands for Lincoln Highway or Lincolnway Highway.
