Black & white print of a statue on a square decorative pedestal. The base is tiered, then tapers at middle & has ridges enlarging & tapering again below statue. Statue base is dark & full size man stands on top. He is wearing a tall crown hat, dress coat that is thigh length & gloves. In his right hand are binoculars & his left is holding the handle of a sword with the point resting on the base of statue. On the pedestal "Rawlins" is engraved. In the background are multi-level buildings. A United States flag on a pole is on top of the first one. Cars of the 1950's era are in the parking lot. Barren trees are beside the statue & snow is on the ground.
Written on back in black ink: "General Rawlins statue in Washington"
