1. Written on back in pencil: Bridge over North Platte at Fort Steele 1930. Written on original negative at left edge: 622b. Cut down from original size. Edges uneven.
2. Written on front margins in black ink: [top] "622b" "Constr. Ft. Steele Br." [bottom] "186B" "C b4". Mounted on black paper. Second photo torn from back, remnants remain. Brown spring loaded picture corners in top left and lower right. Paper and emulsion wrinkled from adhesive on back; small black dent in lower right.
3. Written in black ink on left side margin: 622b. Several dents in film base.
