Oversized black and white photograph. The partially clothed body of a man is lying on a stretcher, an imprint of the U.S. Army Signal Corps is present in the lower right corner. On the back of the photograph are two stamps that read "RESTICTED" and "FOR OFFICIAL USE". There is also text that reads as follows: EUCOM 47 01383 27 MAY Credit - U. S. ARMY SIGNAL CORPS. PHOTOG - T/4 CHAMBERS 69th VIKTOR ZOLLER, GERMAN, IS SHOWN AFTER HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE LANDS- BERG PRISON. HE WAS HANGED AT 1229 AND DIED AT 1236. *DC* LANDSBERG, GERMANY. Additional research - Viktor Zoller was executed for his role as the SS – Hauptsturmführer at Mauthausen.
