First National Bank lot where the bank was later built at this time it belonged to Jim Clause and was used to store or throw beer barrels. He had a saloon at that time. Rawlins Fire Dept. shown going to a fire. Taken about 1898 and 1905 Update March 2011: One black & white copy print. Snapshot. Image of a parade with wagons with lots of men riding in them. Wagon appear to be drawn by a steam engine & are moving from right to left. Spectators standing on side of road in foreground. Yard in foreground left filled with wooden barrels. Houses /buildings in background. Snow on ground. Snow hill in background. Sign on building at front of procession: "Cliff House". Written on back in blue ink: "First National Bank lot where the the[sic] Bank was later built[;] at this time it belonged to Mr. Jim Clouse and was used to store or throw beer barrels. He had a saloon at that time. Rawlins fire department shown going to a fire. Time about or between 1898 and 1905[.] . In black: "Neg No 5907" Fair condition. Torn in two places & repaired with adhesive & masking tape, creased horizontally, liquid spot, rainbow emulsion, fingerprints, yellow adhesive residue on back, clear adhesive residue on back. Size 5 x 7 3/16"
