Update - 2009: Sepia(?) print. Snapshot. Mounted in off-white matboard "frame". Image of a group of men, women & children seated on ground in an open space with trees behind. A picnic has been set up on low "tables" with cloth covers; an uncovered canvas & wood cot can be seen in foreground.
Image secured in diagonal slits in mat.
Mat appears to have been made from a fraternal card - sword, pendant moon & star with "Egyptian" head on moon embossed on card in center; colored on side under image.
Mounted on acidic card. Image faded & badly torn; large tears on lower edge & right edge. Paper wrinkled & emulsion cracked in places. Card & image soiled. Edge & corner damage on card.Collection
