Image from elevation of a large group of tents spread out over a large prairie sparsely populated with trees. Rocks and evergreen trees in foreground at left . Hills in background. Written on original negative at bottom: "5048 A Birds-Eye View, Camp Otis, Laramie, Wyoming". Used. Printing and message obscured. Green 1 cent Benjamin Franklin stamp. Postmark "Laramie, Wyoming 1911" "July 2 930 pm". Black paper residue on back obscuring message. Paper yellowed . Postmark lines on emulsion in upper left and center. Slight corner damage . Raised vertical line through center of image. Adhesive on back making emulsion wavy; soiled.
