Photo of the Stage coach that ran between Rawlins and Saratoga from 1899 to 1901. Jim and Irvin Rendle owned the company. Irvin is standing at the wheel. Minnie Carr Greenfield is on top. Hi Armstrong, driver and John Monroe, driver.
Update 2/2010: Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of two stagecoaches with six-horse hitches facing each other on a dirt track across the prairie. Buildings and trees in background. Stagecoach at right is facing into the frame and has two men in the driver's seat and two men on top. Stagecoach at left is nearer and facing to the right. There are three men and a woman on top, one visible driver and one man on the ground resting his right foot on the front wheel hub.
Written on back three times- two in light blue ink and once in pencil; blue ink cut off on edges: "Two stagecoaches that ran between Rawlins and Saratoga from 1899 to 1901. Tom & Irving Rendle owned these coaches. Irving Rendle is standing at the wheel. Minnie Carr (Greenfield) on top. Hi Armstrong was driver of one coach an John Monroe driver of the other".

Cut down from original size-writing on back cut off. Lower left corner missing large piece. Tan paper and adhesive residue on back-lower right. Paper wrinkled and emulsion cracked throughout; tear in paper at top center. Writing on back impacting emulsion at center bottom edge.
