Image of a two-story, rectangular stone building with several large windows along front or ground floor. Second building at left. Multiple doorways on main building with awnings over doors & large windows. Door at right corner with two large windows - one on left side on front wall; one on right side on right wall. Telephone pole directly in front of this door. Building situated on corner of two dirt streets. People in street in front of telephone pole door. Vintage automobile parked on street at center of long side of building. Name plaque on roofline: "1907 The Miller Block" Second building is a two-story brick & stone building - Rawlins Post Office/City Hall. 500 Block of Cedar Street, Rawlins. Written on back: [black ink] "Miller building" [pencil] "built by John Osborne in 1907". Lower right corner bent - emulsion cracked. Paper yellowed; back soiled; dark soiling along top edge on image surface. Upper right & lower left corners curled & bent - emulsion cracked in lower left.
