The Ekdahl home at Carbon. Fading a lot.
Update 2008: A very faded black and white print, 5 x 7, of a wooden framed house with very decorative front open porch consisting of small wooden ground platform with single wooden step and hand rails. The open cut work on boards surrounding porch consists of cut out shapes of clover leaf on top, hearts in the middle and circles on bottom. This pattern runs across all boards surrounding the porch. House has two white wooden framed windows on front and window on side. A very small window shows at side rear of house. House has a rock? foundation. There are two men, two boys, and a woman standing on porch in front of a door and looking into camera. Man on left has his arms propped at his sides at waist. He appears to have a grey mustache. The man next to him has dark hair, the smaller boy standing i front of this man is wearing a light colored shirt and has light colored hair. A taller boy is standing to his left with his right hand on the porch railing. he is wearing dark pants, light shirt, and has light hair. A woman is standing to his back left. Her hair is pulled back and she is wearing a light colored long sleeved dress.
Condition is fair. Very faded with abrasion of emulsion, minute scratches throughout, torn left corner, slight residue flecks, and lifting from mat support.
