She is wearing a white dress with ruffles around elastic neck neckline pulled off her right shoulder. She is holding a bouquet with both hands against her chest. She has two white bows in her hair and a beaded choker around her neck. Painted backdrop behind.
Engraved in gold in upper left corner of mat: "The Ferris Studio". Embossed at center bottom of mat: "[tipi design] Rawlins, Wyo."
Written on back in blue ink: "Hazel Fox".
