Update 1/2010: Black and white print. Cabinet card. Studio portrait . Mounted on tan matboard. Full-length portrait of a woman seated in a fabric-draped chair in front of a painted scenic backdrop. Woman is wearing a dark dress with buttons down the bodice front and light colored lace collar. Her left hand is propped under her left cheek and she is holding a book up in her lap with her right hand. Her hair is pinned up and curly in front. Printed on lower margin in black ink: "W. A. Bradley, Union Pacific Photo Car."
Written on back in blue ink: "Blanche Roberts". Black ink : "Copied".
Mounted on acidic matboard. Corner damage; badly soiled. Rectangular area on back low right where surface is missing. Lower left edge of image missing 5/8 inch long piece of emulsion. Image surface badly soiled and scratched.
