Homer Booth, Sheriff of Fremont County, Wyoming with a long wig, chaps and large hat.
Update 1/2008: Black and white print. Studio portrait. Tall length. Portrait of a man dressed in fringed light colored pants and shirt, patterned short tie, long dark wig in ringlets, hat, boots and gunbelt. He has a mustache and his right hand is resting on the gun in the holster. Painted backdrop and curtain behind.
