Men eating and drinking on a picnic between 1895-1900.
Update - 2009: Black & white print. Snapshot. Mounted on off-white matboard with patterned border. Image of a group of 13 men posed in a field in front of a tree. All are casually dressed & wearing hats. Man at far left playing a banjo; next man from left playing guitar. Man seated at left appears to be cradling a cheese box with a large chunk of cheese on top; he also appears to have a chunk of cheese in his mouth. Most of the rest of the men are holding cups; two men by tree are pouring from a keg.
