Abbott family on black photo album paper, Hotel on Front Street, Rawlins, on back is a lady sitting on a log with a dog.
Update 2/2008: Black and white print. Photo of a two seater car with 5 people standing from front fender to back tire. A man is standing by the front fender. He is in a 3 piece dark suit and hat. Next to the man is a person that is dressed in a chauffeur hat, coat and goggles. A dog standing on its hind legs with front paws on person in chauffeur coat. Right of them is a young boy in sailor hat, white pin stripped shirt, knicker pants. To the right of him is a lady in a medium colored blouse and skirt. Last is another young man in sailor hat, leather jacket, pants tucked in high boots. The car has a top on it but there are no windows in car. On back of car is banner "Rawlins, Wyo."
Photo is mounted on black photo paper. Right side of paper is torn and ragged. Top of paper ragged. Photo sitting at an angle on paper, closer to top than bottom. On edge of photo in pencil "Abbott Family".
Back Photo: Update 1/2008: Black and white print. Photo of a person sitting on a big fallen tree. Person is holding a medium sized dog. The individual has on a hat (set kind of sideways on the head), dark colored shirt, dark pants and high buttoned shoes. The background rises slightly. Halfway between the top of the rise and the fallen tree is a border of bushes or high weeds, also a tree to the right of the person on the tree. On the far right of the photo showing in the upper corner are branches of a large tree. Foreground seems to be mostly dirt and a few small weeds. Photo mounted on black photo paper and has item # 1950.126.0099 mounted on back side.
