Update 2008: Black and white print. Photo of an African American lady in a long dark two piece dress. Lady has left arm missing below elbow. Right arm missing between shoulder and elbow. Lady has her hair in a short style under a hat with light ribbon on hat. Jacket of dress is buttoned down the front with a bow at the neck. Small white collar. Skirt has large ruffle at bottom. Lady is standing next to a bent wood chair. Lady appears to be standing on straw.
Card mounted on matboard with rounded corners. Right lower corner missing part of corner. Top of photo appears to have been burnt. Down left side of print part of picture has been torn and is missing. Border is soiled. Right side has been torn on matboard. Back is soiled with dark spot on bottom center.
