Midge Barnes on a fainting couch.
Update 2008: Black and white print. Photo of a young lady sitting on a couch reading a newspaper. The couch is sitting side to side in a corner. Walls have flowered wallpaper and a picture on each wall. A straight back chair with more newspapers on it is at the right corner of the couch. The young lady is resting her right elbow on a pillow. She has on a light colored long dress. Dress has puffy sleeves that come just below her elbows. The young ladies hair appears to be short and curly.
Photo has bent right corner. Tips on all corners are damaged. Photo mounted on matboard (white). Matboard is soiled. Emulsion is scratched and soiled. On back written in pencil "Midge Barnes". Back is soiled.Collection
