Update - 2009. Black & white print on two-toned tan with brown trim mat. Image of mountain covered with snow in photo center. A row of heavy clouds hangs over full length of mountain. Above that are lighter clouds. Ranch buildings are in front of mountain, houses near photo center & barns & out buildings toward photo right. Two fences are running parallel & curve toward house. A corral is inside fence enclosure. In foreground are bushes & tall grass.
Written on bottom in black ink: "Meredith Home Ranch, Milo, WY"
In white ink on original negative: "1722 Elk Mountain, Wyo"
In circle: "J E Stimson, Artist, Cheyenne, Wyo."
Condition: Good. Mat edges have heavy wear with worn & torn edges. There is a large abrasion on lower center edge. There are several white stains on lower mat. Mat has been cut down on right side resulting in an uneven edge. Print has scuffing, scratches, fingerprints, & small gouge in emulsion surface. Other minor defects are seen.Collection
