Update 2008: Black and white print. Photo of an African American gentleman seated in a curly bentwood chair holding a puppy. Gentleman has on a medium colored vest and dark jacket both open down the front. Light colored shirt, no collar. Pants appear to be jeans with a small turned up cuff. he has on a medium brim hat. His foot wear appears to be boots with a strap across front. he has a mustache. Background is a river landscape. Floor is covered with straw.
Photo is mounted on matboard. Emulsion is scratched. Matboard is soiled. On back stamped in purple ink was the photographers name but it is too faded and smeared to read. Written on back in blue ink: "Mr. Jackson (Boulder)".Collection
