Afro-American family group, two ladies, five men.
Update 2008: Black and white print. Photo of six African American people and one Caucasian girl. Standing in the back row on left is an African American girl in a light colored dress. She has a short hair cut. To her right is an African Boy in a three piece colored suit with dark tie and light shirt. To his right is an African American girl in a light colored dress with large puffed sleeves at the shoulders. Dress has a large dark lace collar that covers shoulders and fringe edge runs down the back an bodice. Sitting in chairs just in front of the three standing from left is an African American boy in a medium colored three piece suit, dark tie and white shirt. In the center is an elderly African American man in a dark three piece suit. He has a cane in his right hand. He has on a white bow tie and white shirt. He has medium length hair combed back and a long handlebar mustache. Next is an African American male in a three piece suite with white shirt and tie . Sitting on a stool just in front of the first and second men sitting in chairs is a young Caucasian girl. She has on a white long dress with loose long sleeves. Her hair is in ringlets on the side of her head. Her left hand is resting on the older mans knees.
Photo is mounted on light matboard. Bottom of matboard has been burned and right lower corner is gone. Burn marks on left lower corner and part of picture. Emulsion scratched, bend and stained with parts missing. Back of matboard shows damage from burn on bottom section. Back has small pieces missing and is stained. In left lower corner is printed "Seckner".Collection
