Old black and white photo of "Shriners Parade", numerous men walking down Buffalo west between Fourth and Fifth streets. Cottage Hotel in the background and Clause's used barrels in the foreground. Men in parade are riding on a steam tractor pulling wagons. Appears to be fall or winter as there is snow on the hills in the background. Photo is mounted on heavy gray-green cardboard and is in good condition. "The Ferris Studio, Rawlins, Wyo." embossed on base of cardboard.
Update 2009: Black and white print mounted on grey matboard with darker grey decorative border surrounding print on mat. Shriner's parade. Steam contraption on cart with spoke wheels followed by 2 wagons filled with standing men. Observers along street watching. Yard in foreground has fence and is filled with barrels. One building has cliff house on side. Another two story house. White siding, (cottage house?)
Written on front in pencil immediately beneath print: "Cottage Home" "Shriner Parade".
Engraved lower right corner of mat: The Ferris Studio, Rawlins, Wyo.
Written on back at top in pencil: "First National Bank now located where barrels are."
