Update 2008: Black and white print glossy of Morgan Evans? on right with John Terrill, Sheriff of Carbon County with a plaque that says: Wyoming Law Officer of 1957. Plaque is engraved and mounted on wood. Side right of engraving has a tall cowboy with gunbelt and pistol drawn. Imprinted on plaque verbage states: "By Wyoming Law Magazine and Wyoming Peace Officers Association." Both men are wearing dark suits. the older man on left has patterned tie, white shirt, white boutonniere and short grayish hair. Man on right is wearing dark rimmed glasses and has flat top hair cut, white shirt, dark solid colored tie and medium colored boutonniere. Background is a wooden looking wall.
Print has wrinkling and dents on all edges. Very slight dimpling and cracks in emulsions. There are surface abnormalities (scratches, black spots) from development processs. Possible tiny water spots in 2 locations.
