"George Rawlins Stephenson in front of electrical contractors. Born in Rawlins (and named for Rawlins) to George and Rose Stephenson - of the Ferris Hotel." According to census records, they show him born in 1918. Picture shows him just South of the Hotel's 4th street door and in front of the office of the Rawlins Electric Light and Fuel Co.Collection
