One of sixty-eight scanned photos. Photo of two men and two women seated, and one man and one woman standing in front of a large tree. "Joe Fisher, Cora and Jim Havrilla (husband and wife), ? , Louise Jones and ? at Elk Mountain Ranch 1923. The Havrilla's operated a tin shop in Rawlins. Aloise Havrilla, thought to be a brother of Jim was a nationally known radio announcer of the thirties. Joe Fisher not found in the 1920 census. There was however a homesteader by the name of Joe Fisher whose place was located on Rattlesnake Creek 16 miles South of Hanna on the Northwest slopes of Elk Mountain. This Fisher was supposedly married but there is even less information about her than there is about him. Jim and Cora Havrilla (she is in photo 40, and 51, both in 65). They were husband and wife. He was a master tinsmith. In the 20's his shop was located on the Eastside of 6th street in the first block North of the UPRR tracks. Jim was born 6/21/1885, place unknown and died in Rawlins 7/16/1953.
