Update 1/2010: Black and white print. Snapshot mounted on tan matboard. Image of a group of men and women on the porch of a long log house. Women in dresses, men in a mixture of casual suits and shirtsleeves. Mountain background. Foreground strewn with logs, wood chips and junk.
Written on back in black ink: "Picture probably taken in Saratoga or Encampment area."
Stamped on back in purple ink: "Photo No. 7 Price 50 cents. Jenks and Fellows, Box 551, Denver."
Mounted on acidic matboard. Cut down from original size-edges rough and uneven. Lower edge of image missing, large piece at center. Mat back badly soiled and covered with stains from liquid damage. Image surface soiled-fingerprints on right side and edge. Badly scratched, emulsion cracked in lower right.Collection
