Capitol building but unknown location.
Update 2009: Black and white print of a large multi level domed building. The top of the dome is a crowned with a spire on a gazebo, at base of dome are arches all around. A parapet tops next level and at each end decorative corners commence downward. In the middle is another half dome extending out from building . A decorative wall and arch windows surround base of this dome. To either side are ornamental pillars and arches. A decorative edging around top of next level, then embossed scroll and braid surround square windows above arch windows. On lower left, a dark open area. Iron bars are across some arch openings. On photo right are steps leading up from grassy area to front where a vintage auto is parked. Foreground is lawn, bushes, and tiers up to a fence. In background on photo left is another multi level stone building. Building appears to be a Capitol.
