Brightly lit road along left bank of river with building visible along the way. Row of lights on top of dam and running partway along right bank toward river. Rippling water at center bottom of image.
Written on back in black ink: "Seminoe Dam Construction 1937-1939 [corrected in pencil to 6]."
Back yellowed and soiled around edges. Corner damage-emulsion cracked in left corner. Wave lines visible in emulsion; cracks at center bottom, upper left and right side; scratched, dented and slightly soiled.
