Update - 2009: Black & white print of a deforested hill with a white rocky slag pile on side left. At hill bottom are twin large wooden buildings adjoined forming a backward "L". Attached to the lower darker building on roof are three large chimney pipes. At side left of this building is a large narrow wooden short structure which extends into border of side left of print. In the center front of this area are piles of cut lumber, rock piles, an outhouse? and a narrow two rail track emanating from doorway of the dark wooden building and extending to photo left. A standing man; is barely visible on the track at the doorway. Other lumber is seen strewn about at various places as well as stacked cut timbers on side right.

Good condition. Print has black lines side left & top right from developing process. There is soiling & wear on all edges & corners with bottom left corner missing & others bent. The black stamp & writing on print back is visible on print surface. Side left & right curl up on edges. Back surface has dark fingerprint smudges side left & center. Other soiling along edges. There are minor scratches in emulsion.
There are two copies: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4"
Copy 1 is lighter in color than original, has few tiny scratches in emulsion.
Copy 2 is darker in color than original. has few tiny scratches in emulsion.Collection
