Machinery at the Smelter, Ferris Haggarty Mine.
Update - 2009: Black & white print of the interior of a room with multiple large machinery units consisting of large wheels & drive belts. Side left wall has a white sign with black lettering posted on wall "No smoking will be permitted in this building." Several piles of small pebbles and sand? are seen on the wooden floor at side left & foreground. There are several white blotches on print unclear if from a light source or negative process. A small half wall unit separates the two pieces of machinery.
Written on back in blue ink: Machinery in the smelter for the Ferris Haggarty Mine copper ore located at Encampment.
Good condition. Heavily soiled front & back surfaces with dark smudges and fingerprints. Wear on all edges especially corners which are bent & cracked. Several white & dark spots/marks from developing process at top right. There are horizontal & vertical cracks in emulsion at various locations.
There is one copy. 3 1/2 x 4 3/4" Good condition. Two minute vertical cracks in emulsion at center of image.Collection
