Two men sitting on chairs in a room. One has a hat and beard and the other a mustache. Names unknown to Mrs. Countryman.
Update 2009: Black and white snapshot of two men each sitting in a chair with their legs and arms crossed, staring ahead. The room background shows floral wallpaper, a secretary (?) with photographs and candleholders on shelves and a long patterned lace curtain on side right. A dark colored wooden day (?) bed with leaf design coverlet is seen side left. Man on left is wearing a dark turtleneck with his trousers tucked into his boots. He has long chin whiskers and mustache. A medium colored western hat is tilted back off his forehead. Man to his left is wearing medium colored striped shirt and darker vest with his trouser leg tucked into his knee high boots. He has dark hair slicked back, and bushy mustache.
Print is in fair condition. It has been affixed to an index card to stabilize the photo which is fragile and torn at top right, side left and side right with pieces missing. Surface has dimples, many scratches in emulsion, wrinkling from fixative and a mottled appearance to surface. Small bends are seen at various locations. A tiny black dot shows on man's forehead from developing process.
