Six men from Mine #1. Alexander Briggs, Thomas ?, G. W. Hughes, T. H. Butler. Briggs was superintendent of the mine #1 when it exploded in 1908.
Update March 2011: Black & white print on cream mat. Image of six men standing beside a clapboard building. They are dressed in suits, man second from left has on tall lace up boots. A small amount of snow is on the ground beneath their feet. A multi paned window is behind them on photo right.

Fair condition. Red stain, liquid spots, soiled, torn, print coming off mat, faded spot, bent corners, creased, scuffed. Size 8 x 10"Collection
