Town of Carbon.
Update 2009: Black and white snapshot. Image of a small town on a sagebrush prairie. Train tracks running into town from right side of image. Gang of men can be seen working on the tracks. Low hills in background.
Damage to original negative evidence along upper edge.
Written on back in blue ink: "Town of Carbon, Wyo". "Doc Culleton came to the town Carbon when he was 6 months old in 1872 and has lived in Carbon Co ever since."
Written on back in black ink: "Duplicate-mounted"
Written on back in pencil: "Property of Carbon Co. Museum Rawlins, Wyo."
Emulsion cracked and crazed throughout. Writing on back impacting emulsion at top edge.
One 5 x 6 7/8 black and white copy print. Written in black ink on white adhesive label pasted on back: "Town of Carbon". Back discolored.
