Scrapbook given by Mrs. Barber but assembled by Mrs. Bennett. Update 2019: A brown padded scrapbook with tie closure. An embossed gold emblem with black plant figures emanating from tiny center circle is surrounded by an embossed brown "vine." Measures 14.75" x 12.25." Written across the top of the book cover in black pencil, "Scrapbook by Mrs. Raymond Barber." A note pasted on inside cover: "From clippings and pictures given museum by Mrs. Raymond Barber. Assembled by Mrs. Ed F. Bennett for Carbon County Museum. Dec. 1957. "To my friends, Dr. and Mrs. Barbeer with my best wishes, William Jeffers, 5/17/19, (one time president of UPRR) Page 54-Large black and white studio portrait of Dr. John E. Osborne, Mrs. Bennett wrote a brief bio under photograph. Note: This photograph is different view than others that we have in Past Perfect. Page 56-Black and white studio portrait of Col. J. A. Rendle, World War II, photo has extreme silvering. Page 58-Black and white studio portrait of a man. He signed his name on lower edge of photo with date 8/20/1920, but his name is unreadable. Mrs. Bennett added a note under the photo. "Had a box factory at Fort Steele in the early 1900's or 1920's." Page 60-Black and white studio portrait of a woman identified as "Mrs. Raymond Barber, wife of Dr. Raymond Barber, early day physician and surgeon who came in 1906."
