Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of a snow-bound train, engine 3932 partially extricated from a huge snow drift. The back end of a caboose can be seen at left foreground. May be a flat car buried under the snow between the visible engine and caboose. Man barely visible on other side of track/snow pile. Blizzard of 1949.
Paper curled. Paperclip marks at center left edge, top and bottom edges. Emulsion cracked and crazed. Slight corner damage. Two defects in upper right from original negative. Back slightly soiled.
