Black and white glossy reprint 3 1/2 x 5 of a massive snow drift showing across entire lower fourth of photo with a telephone pole showing rising behind drift in center of photo. To the right of the pole is a locomotive with attached snows cleaning equipment that shows snow being shot sideways across the sky on photo's left front. Behind the billowing snow being removed is the engine's smokestack emitting voluminous amounts of smoke that rise straight up before wafting to the left behind the blowing snow. The snow was result of blizzard of 1949.
There is a dark line across the outer edge of photo top from irregular cut of print. There are many shadows, white blurs, tiny white and dark spots and specks from photo's negative across the entire photo at various locations.
