A black and white print affixed to a dark gray matboard. Photo of interior of a church taken from center aisle that has a white mat? laying on the carpeted floor. Partial pews are seen on side left and right. Focal point of photo is a center platform stage area that is decorated with a semi-circle of potted plants placed along front edge of stage left to right with large eucalyptus plant on each side of the potted plants that are in the row. There is a banner of material draped above the plants behind them. there are two high back throne type chairs at rear of stage on side left and right with a large floral decorated area center rear of stage. The words VITA, SINE LITERS, MORSEST are in a semi circle above stage on frontside facing. A two toned swag drape is gathered at top of wall on center back of stage wall and draped to side left and right with decorative loop at wall edge and hung straight to floor. The walls are light colored.
matboard has a decorative border around all edges of an ivy type vine and two parallel lines encircle print in a square around print edge.
Condition: Good. Tiny drop of residue of unknown origin is seen on photo surface as well as slight scratch marks in emulsion. Fingerprints, flecks in emulsion and other smudges and soiling. Back side has pencil scribbling at center back and #87331.Collection
