Update 4/2010: Black and white contact print. Made form glass plate negative Box 2 No 17. Snapshot. Image of a woman sitting on a wooden slate bench in front of a picket fence. Trees and building in background. Legs and hands of another person in foreground left. Woman is dressed in a dark skirt and white long-sleeved blouse with a patterned bow-tie. She is leaning her head on her right arm which is resting on the back of the bench.
Light splashes in lower corners. Emulsion on original negative peeling on top edge.
Written on back in pencil: "Bx 2. 17."
Edges of paper wrinkled. Writing on back impacting emulsion at center. Horizontal line of dots through upper center. Some small dents. Lower left corner bent and emulsion cracked.Collection
