Update - May 2010: Sepia print. Studio pose. Mounted on black matboard with gilt edges. Head & shoulders portrait of a man wearing a dark coat buttoned at collar; plaid tie with buffalo head stick pin & white shirt. Man is looking to the viewer's left & is near profile. He has a mustache & wavy hair. Printed in gold script on lower edge: "Marsh" [added in ink] "J" "Rawlins, Wyo."
Written on back in black ink: "J. E. Osborne".
Mounted on acidic matboard. Large holes in lower right corner, lower left mat edge & lower left corner. Lower left corner missing. Chunk missing from center top edge. General edge & corner damage. Back soiled. Image surface soiled & scratched; pieces missing from edges of photo; emulsion missing in spots.Collection
