Nebraska Hotel, Excelsior Springs, Missouri, April 26, 1911, Rudolph Zingsheim is identified in the group and Frank James is not identified. Mr. Zingsheim would go their for treatment of rheumatism. Update 4/2010: Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of a large group of people posed in front of a large multi-story brick building with wooden porch. Double facing along front of porch one below roof and one as a rail on top of roof. Two central windows have grated walkways on outside and are surrounded by pipe railing, fire escape ladder attached to wall between. Sign in window at left reads: "[H]otel Nebraska Cafe". Scratched into emulsion on original negative in lower left: "Nebraska Hotel 4-26-11." Written in black ink on emulsion surface: [center bottom] "Excelsior Springs Mo." [Center with arrow pointing to man at center]. "Dad". Black paper residue covering back, small areas or clear space. Lower corners bent-emulsion cracked. Emulsion cracked in upper right and lower left. Scratched and soiled. Dark areas beginning to silver.
