Update 4/2010: Black and white print. Snapshot. Image of a rail yard with multiple tracks on left side and foreground, and a row of large buildings on the right side and background. Multi-story frame building on right end of row. Dormers facing tracks and multiple chimneys on roof. Smaller single story frame building next . Large complex of stone building and tall smoke stack at far end. Scalloped edges.
Written on back in black ink: "About 1880" "Left to right: Roundhouse-depot-hotel". in blue ink: "eating house after it was rebuilt. Larry Hays ran this hotel for many years. His son the late Jim Hays was born in this hotel in1877." In black ink: " Railroad-F". In pencil: "Page 15-pix 2" "2 7/8 x 5". In pencil: "83%". Light blue ink: "2". Corner damage-upper right and lower left corners bent and emulsion cracked. Emulsion cracked at top center and center left side. Writing on back impacting emulsion. Emulsion irregular with scratches and dents.Collection
