An 8 1/2" x 10 3/8" black and white photographic print including frame, of a Union Pacific steam locomotive, #533 and tender car, ca. 1900-1930. Engine is painted black with silver color front end and dark colored cow catcher. This train was restored and placed in Sam Tully Park, Rawlins. A barren hill rises in background with large water storage tank seen on top of hill. Electric pole with wires is seen on far side of locomotive. There is a chain link fence on front side of locomotive with three strands razor wire at top. This fence is located on grass edge side of curb next to a paved road. Engine and tender are placed on a short railroad track, at the beginning of the park by the Carbon County Hospital on Elm Street.Collection
