Mrs. Laura Huntington Heath, b. Sept. 2, 1868; d. Oct. 13, 1962 married Alfred Heath, lawyer in Saratoga.
Update 2009: Black and white oval studio portrait print attached to a black mat. There is a cream color etched border around the print. print is of a woman wearing a dark jacket with leg o' mutton sleeves and ornate soutache braid trim running vertically on each bodice side along the edge. A lacy high necked blouse is seen at collar V. She has dark short hair held back with a comb type headband with short stand up bangs. She appears to have light eyes. A shadow background is seen with leaves on right side. Etched into lower right corner: E. Weyle Photographer.
Written on back in black ink: Mrs. Laura C. heath. Born Sept 2, 1868. Died Oct. 13, 1962.
Other notations on back in blue ink: Age 94. "By Fred Baker" 3# 6 mo. 3 yrs."
Tiny white sticker lower right corner on back: "Heath file" written in black ink on sticker. Residue is seen by sticker.
Good condition. Soiling of mat and print surface. There are tiny droplet remains on print surface at many locations. Surface has minor scratches and indents in emulsion. Mat has several tiny white marks at top and bottom. Back of mat has worn corners and side left.Collection
