Nichols taking a spill, 1924. Update 2009: Black and white print. Printed on postcard paper. Image of a cowboy being thrown from a bucking horse in an arena. Grandstand and spectators in background. Written on original negative at bottom: "Nichols taking a spill from "Stranger" 101 Ranch (copyright 1924 R. R. Doubleday)." Printed on back in black ink: Postcard" {Left side} Correspondence" {right side} "Address" {Upper right} Square with "AZO" on each side "Place Stamp Here" in center. Unused. Paper slightly curled. Yellowed and faded. Slight corner damage.
