A black and white photograph of the Constitutional Convention held in Cheyenne, Sept., 1889. Framed. Caleb Percy Organ was a member. He is the father of Mrs. Kathryn Armstrong.
Update June 2011: The frame is brown figured wood with beaded edge. Update 2013: Moved to slot 7 of above location.
Update 2013: Men, Women and 4 Children. Removed from frame for conservation purposes.
