Black and white glossy print of a group of men and women dressed in western and cowboy clothing standing on the steps of the Wyoming State Capital Building. Man in first row on extreme left has chaps and six shooter in holster with cartridge belt. he has cowboy kerchief around his neck and knotted in front. He is wearing a light colored hat tilted back on his head. His hands are holding an object with a circular tag . A man in the middle of the front row is wearing Angora chaps, and man on right front row has on leather chaps with a pocket on the front of each leg at thigh heighth. All the men and women are wearing hats . On upper tier of portico a woman with a child is standing in the corner. Standing on right side of back row is W.W. Daley with his shirt collar elevated and a tie around his collar at neck edge which is tucked into his shirt. He is holding a cigarette in his left hand.

Good condition. Slight yellowing of print. There are several irregularities of dimpling. Scratches and wear on all edges, small tears at bottom. Soiling on front and back of print. Engraved on lower right is an unreadable studio name, Cheyenne. There is a matboard with the photo with the above info written on it with remnants of tape implying photo and tag had been framed. Very soiled.Collection
