Description

A Cheyenne Ceremonial Fan with beaded handle. The very small beads are red, yellow and blue. Has 2 rawhide strings attached with blue beads and red feathers at the bottom. Fan has red fluffy fake feathers above the handle. The feathers are not authentic eagle feathers, donor states they are probably goose. This object is not authentic and was probably used for powwows and ceremonials. Donor purchased in Rock River in the 1960's. 14" in length with 7" fringe.
