Update 2009: Faded black and white print. Printed on postcard paper. Two females and one male seated on a wooden swing in front of a house. The female seated on the left is a young woman wearing a dark skirt and jacket and a white blouse with a stand up lace collar. Her hair is pinned up. The middle person is a male child wearing dark short pants and a dark jacket. He is also wearing dark tights with lace up boots. He is also wearing a hat. The female standing next to the swing on the right side is a young girl. She is wearing a light colored dress with lace edging along the bottom hem. She is wearing dark tights and buckled shoes. her hair is braided into two pig tails. The people in the photo are sitting and standing next to a wooden swing in front of a clapboard structure (probably a house).
Written on back in pencil: "Elfie Engstrom from Mabel Larson".
The words "Post Card" are stamped in black in. There is a vertical black line dividing the two halves of the postcard and in the upper right hand corner a stamped "Place Postage {logo} Stamp Here" in black ink. "Correspondence" over the left half of the postcard and "Name and Address" on the right hand side of the postcard are stamped in black ink.
The postcard is intact with some wear on the edges. The color is faded .A large curved crack in the emulsion on the upper left side of the photo. The back side of the postcard is yellowed.Collection
