Sepia print on black mat. Image of interior of a saloon & a man standing behind the bar. Bar & mirror behind are very decoratrive with pillars on lower bar front & on ends of mirror above the bar. A foot rail is on floor in front of bar & two pictures hang above mirror. The man behind the bar has on a dark suit, tie & a white shirt. He has dark hair & a mustache. Glasses are upside down in a line in front of the mirror. A paper bell hangs at center of mirror.
Written in pencil on yellow post it note on back: "James H. Clause behind the bar of his Senate Saloon sometime between the mide 1890's and the end of 1905". In black ink: "Rans"
Good condition. Mat scuffed, top & bottom right corners paper missing.Collection
