Description

Veterans of Foreign Wars award Damsite 3051 for 75 years of service. Award is in a blue certificate folder with the seal of the VFW printed on the front in gold with the words, "In Appreciation." In the folder there award is on the right of the folder and a picture of the Commander-in-Chief is on the left. The document reads, "Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Diamond Jubilee Award presented to Damsite Post 3051, Cascade Locks, Oregon. Mustered 6-1-34. In special commemoration and grateful recognition of its seventy-five years of exceptional service to the nation and its veterans throughout its seven and one-half decades of dedicated support for the programs and purposes of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. in Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and the official seal of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, this 1st day of June, 2009 (Signed) Commander-in-Chief, (Signed) Adjutant General.
