Metal lever in display case. Lever is metal with round handle and long flat blade with inscription on the blade close to the handle. Inscription on leaver reads, "Presented by W. P. Lord Governor of Oregon to W. L. Fisk Capt. Engers U.S.A. Opening Cascade Locks 5th Nov 1896." Display case is blue with plaque. Plaque reads, "This lever-wrench used at the dedication of Cascade Locks on Nov. 5 1896 has been loaned to Cascade Locks Museum by U.S. Army Corps of Eng. Portland Dist. Aug 28, 1970."
